Must be 18 years of age to take the NJ Real Estate Exam

Must sign up and complete the 75 hours pre-licensing real estate course

Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent

Must be a U.S. Citizen or Legal Resident

Must have good moral character

Must pass the NJ Real Estate Commission State Exam For Salesperson

Background check and fingerprints will be required by the NJ Real Estate Commission once you have passed the NJ Real Estate Exam
PRE-LICENSING DAY CLASS - REGISTRATION
Classes are held M,W,F - 9am -5:30 pm
PRE-LICENSING EVENING CLASSES - REGISTRATION
Night classes are held on: M&W or T&Th from 6 pm to 9:45 pm
Eligibility For An NJ Broker's License

Must have been continuously licensed as a salesperson for at least the 3 years immediately preceding such application with no gaps in your license

Mush have completed the 90-hour general broker's prelicensure course and the two 30-hour courses referred to in N.J.A.C. 11:5-2.1(g)

If the applicant was employed in any other occupation during the three-year period, such other employment was on a part-time basis and did not exceed 25 hours per calendar week
